During recent testing of the vacuum system, an air leak was detected. While inspecting the underside of the truck to locate the leak, it was also discovered that a frame rail is beginning to separate and crack. Because the frame is a critical structural component, it is recommended that the truck be placed out of service and not operated until the frame has been professionally inspected and repaired. The vacuum system also requires additional repairs before it will properly hold a vacuum. The engine and transmission is still perfect with a Cummins ISC 8.3 diesel. The truck should therefore be considered not currently service-ready or fully functional. Any buyer should plan for a frame inspection and repair, as well as repairs to the vacuum system, before placing the truck back into operation. The truck is being offered in its current, as-is condition.
