Verify your agency is enrolled in NPPGov.

Execute the Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement
This makes your agency a “Participating Agency” able to buy directly on Garage on MPA terms — no separate RFP required.

Reference the contract
When contacting Garage, cite LOC RFP 2560 to access contracted terms for fire apparatus, ambulance, and first responder vehicles, accessories, and service.

Get a quote
Vehicles on the Garage marketplace are priced by their sellers. The LOC contract gives NPPGov members a discount on Garage’s services like freight, warranty, and in-person inspections.

Garage handles the rest
Freight quotes are generated instantly on the platform. Once finalized, Garage coordinates end-to-end logistics between buyer, seller, and carrier.

Create a listing on the Garage platform with photos, condition details, and your asking price. Garage's team can assist with appraisals and pricing guidance if needed.

Receive your fee discount
NPPGov members receive a discount on Garage's success fee when selling through the platform.

Once a buyer is matched, Garage coordinates logistics, documentation, and transfer end-to-end.
