2005 SeaArk Little Giant fire boat, LOA 25' 1000 GPM pump, powered by 4.3 Liter Marine force engine (500hrs). Twin Honda 200Hp outboards (1,450hrs). 100 gal. Fuel cell. Runs, drives and pumps as it should. Tandem axle trailer included.
How old are the outboards, and has any work been done on them?
They're 2005, same as the boat. They run as they should, and the port gear case was rebuilt about three years ago.
How long has the department owned it?
We bought it new in 2005 and have had it its whole life.
How fast does it go?
It runs around 38 mph, depending on condition and load.
Is the fire pump engine winterized?
Yes, it's currently winterized.
How wide is it, and how much does it weigh?
It has an 8-foot beam and weighs roughly 10,000 to 11,000 lbs.
What condition are the trailer brakes and tires in?
The brakes work well. Three of the tires are new, one tire on one axle is older, and the spare is older.
