1999 American LaFrance Pumper

This 1999 American LaFrance Engine Pumper has been well maintained and is being replaced as part of the normal apparatus replacement schedule, not due to any known mechanical issues. The truck was purchased as a new leftover in 2000 and has been maintained on a strict annual maintenance schedule, addressing issues as they arise. The apparatus is equipped with a 1,500 GPM Darley pump, 1,200-gallon water tank, and compressed air foam system (CAFS). The six-person cab features five SCBA seats, and the air conditioning blows cold. The truck has received several lighting upgrades, including Whelen LED warning and scene lighting, a HiViz brow light, and new LED compartment lighting. It also offers extensive compartment storage throughout the body.
