1995 Pierce Pumper

The 1995 Pierce Sabre Engine is being sold to the highest bidder. The engine has been out of service, so the most recent pump test was in fall 2024. Following a pump service and some packings and valve grease application, the engine can be returned to service immediately. By placing a bid, the bidder agrees to the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to standard Terms & Conditions: Item Sold As-Is / No Warranties The 1995 Pierce Sabre fire engine and all included equipment are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of condition, fitness, or merchantability. No guarantees are made regarding the operational condition, completeness, or suitability of the apparatus or any included equipment. No Refunds / No Returns All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason. Inspection On-site inspection is strongly encouraged. Inspections must be scheduled in advance. No unannounced visits are permitted. Payment Requirements Payment must be made in accordance with the auction’s payment process and deadlines. Failure to submit full payment within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the award and relisting of the item. Pickup Procedures Pickup only. No shipping or delivery is available. The winning bidder is responsible for all arrangements, labor, equipment, and costs related to removal, loading, and transportation. Staff cannot assist with loading. Pickup must occur by appointment only, during business hours. The fire engine must be removed within 14 calendar days of auction close unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Required Documentation at Pickup The winning bidder must present: A valid government-issued photo ID A copy of the invoice or proof of payment Any additional documents required to complete title/ownership transfer Title transfer will be completed in accordance with applicable law. Failure to Pick Up Failure to remove the item within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the item without refund, and the right to relist or dispose of the item as permitted by law. Hold Harmless By participating in this auction, the bidder agrees to hold harmless from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from inspection, purchase, pickup, loading, transportation, or use of the fire engine or included equipment. Reserved Rights The right is reserved to accept or reject any and all bids and to withdraw the item from auction at any time for any reason permitted under law.
