We are located in Montgomery County, Texas. * Most items were in working condition when taken out of service, but we cannot guarantee the condition of these items and everything is sold as is. * Lots must be purchased in their entirety, we will not break lots up. * Per Garage’s terms, arranging for pick-up or paying for shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. After the final day for removal, a storage fee of $50.00 per day, per item will be charged to the buyer for any items that have not been removed. * Invoices for payment will be managed and sent by Garage.
