The Cascade Breathing Air System includes: 2-4500 PSI DOT / ISO-Approved High Pressure Cylinders, a Manifold including relief valve, bell alarm, and pressure gauges. Note: The buyer pays shipping or pickup locally. Includes a 347 CGA Valve Assembly, 6000 PSI Pigtail All 347 CGA Fittings, 0-6000 Pressure Reducing Regulator, 3' Fill Whip Includes: Connector Hose, Bleed Valve 346/347 CGA Fittings and ON/Off Valve. This slightly used and professionally maintained Cascade Breathing Air System will provide approximately 20 refills of 2216 PSI 45 CF SCBA cylinders or 60 refills of 5 minute SAR cylinders from the two cylinder cascade system. This estimate of refills assumes the SCBA-SAR cylinders have 500 PSI remaining at the time of refilling. UN/ISO/DOT/ASME cylinders can be mounted vertically or horizontally and are used in stationary or mobile applications. Cylinder mounting rack(s) are recommended for stationary use and lock-down-positive type securement for mobile applications. These 4500 psi UN/ISO cylinders must be hydro-tested and retested every ten (10) years. Cylinder Specifications: ALK-45 - UN/ISO/DOT 4500 PSI/310 BAR, 437 CF, 152 Lbs - 67 Kg empty, 2750 CI - 50 Liters water volume, 9.3" dia. by 56" to the top of the CGA 347 valve. Retesting pressure is 6750 psi (465 BAR). UN/ISO 9809-2 Specification is DOT Approved for USA use and Canadian use approved without cylinder shoulder markings. 2 Pelican cases are included to protect the Cascade Manifold and refill Whip. Note, if this system is picked up, the current volume of Breathing air in the 2 cylinders will be maintained for the buyer; if shipped, the cylinders will be discharged per FMCSA-DOT regulations.
