2022 ford explorer 3.3 non hybrid awd 30k miles used for non emergent medical transport approx 1-2k idle hours clean title Maintenance notes No engine lights or service lights Recent oil change Suspension feels good Tires look new Ac blows cold front and rear Headlights and taillights operational Driver side turn signal hyper flash Passenger side turn signal slow flash Driver side headlight noted replaced 06/20/26 Mechanical inspection pass Cosmetic notes Passenger side rear pillar replaced on 07/18/26 cause- removal of pillar lights misc drill holes, Driver side rear pillar ordered on back order (has not arrived yet) No antenna or lightbar holes on roof Minor ding on passenger door rest of body looks okay Part of fender liner missing on driver front Cause- operator reported came off on highway Consistent with a few other units with similar issues Driver door trim up a little on the corner (photos posted) Cause- operator reported entry key left in vehicle Door functions as it should, no leaks etc Cloth front and rear seats, fully operational Window tint replaced with 5% ceramic on 05/15/26 1 centercap from rim was lost 3 others remain will come with vehicle however they are currently removed Vehicle seems to be resprayed Cause n/a Paint in good condition No rust noted Equipment notes Pushbar remains Lights in pushbar remain Mirror lights remain Console remains 3 keys remain no fob Factory ford secure idle Red dome light Controller/ faceplates removed Siren removed Mileage is very low great vehicle to repurpose for another use
