2007 International 4200 4x4 

Starting: The truck required a jump start initially, but once both batteries were properly connected, it started up without any issues.

Emergency Lighting: The overhead light bar on the driver's side illuminates as expected; however, the rotating mechanism is non-functional. The motor will need replacement for full functionality.

Siren System: The siren is currently inoperative. Despite several troubleshooting attempts, no sound could be produced. However, the vehicle horn is in working condition.

Aerial Ladder: The ladder system was tested and the hydraulic pump engages, indicating power to the unit. The ladder began to move but appears to be low on hydraulic fluid, which limited full operation. All associated ladder lights and electronic controls were functional during the test.
