This truck has damage along the lower part of the driver side. None of it looks very significant and quite repairable. Perfect for a department on a tight budget and wants to get into a newer rig. Make a deal with the local body shop and have a great truck in your station for a fraction of what the market sells for!!

We performed a pump test on it the last week of August 2025. It passed the performance test but has various vacuum leaks and needs relief valve repair. So it would not hold prime. However the priming system does function, as it did draft water during the test. We already had a new diamond plate sheet fabricated to go around the driver side rear wheel arch to match the passenger side.

1996 Spartan Engine 

This 2000 E-One Cyclone, sold directly by a department in central Iowa, is in great condition and ready to serve its next owners. We are selling to finance the purchase of a tanker. No significant issues - runs great and continues to be a line apparatus for our department. Some minor surface rust underneath, nothing major. Tires are in good shape at about 80%.
