About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance to own paid acquisition and drive broader growth in the business. As a member of a lean and hands-on team, you'll manage our entire paid portfolio across paid social, search, and emerging channels, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to continue building and scaling Garage’s growth machine.

The ideal candidate is someone who balances analytical rigor with the understanding that the biggest growth drivers happen outside the ad account.

 - Own Garage’s paid acquisition strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, and emerging channels, with accountability for pipeline, revenue growth, and efficiency.

 - Scale acquisition efficiently by balancing growth, CAC, and overall marketplace health. Understand what changes at scale and make disciplined decisions around where to invest.

 - Test and learn, constantly. You will develop hypotheses, test, and iterate fast. You’ll orchestrate landing page and conversion rate tests, analyze creative performance, and think creatively about new ways to acquire customers efficiently.

 - Measure rigorously, act intuitively. You read between the lines and see the bigger picture in the numbers. You understand incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and test design, yet are comfortable navigating when data is incomplete or ambiguous.

 - Work cross-functionally to identify and unlock growth opportunities beyond paid acquisition, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing.

About the role

In People Strategy & Operations, you’ll learn how a high-growth startup builds teams–and have a meaningful voice in who joins ours.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution: you’ll take on high-impact, ambiguous problems and translate business goals into how we structure, grow, and evolve the organization. You’ll join a small team working directly with the founders on a platform with real-world impact. We obsess over user experience and ship products end-to-end.
